This Privacy Policy explains how Tangible Softtech Solution owns, operates, and handles information in the Mess Mitra mobile application. Mess Mitra is a meal booking and QR verification app for authorized organization, canteen, and admin users.
The app may process account and profile information such as name, email address, employee identifier, role, canteen assignment, phone number, and profile photo when these details are provided by the organization. The app also processes meal booking details, QR code information, delivery verification records, timestamps, and related canteen operation data.
Information is used to authenticate users, manage meal bookings, generate and verify meal QR codes, track meal delivery status, support canteen administration, prevent duplicate or invalid bookings, and maintain operational records for Mess Mitra users and connected organizations.
The camera is used only when an authorized admin opens the QR verification feature. Camera access is used to scan meal QR codes and is not used for advertising, background monitoring, or unrelated purposes.
Mess Mitra does not sell personal data. Information may be shared with authorized organization or canteen administrators for canteen operations, support, audit, safety, and account management. Service providers may process data only as needed to host, operate, secure, or support the application.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect account, booking, and verification information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect the app and its supporting systems from unauthorized access, misuse, or loss.
Data is retained for as long as needed for canteen operations, organizational records, audit, legal, or support purposes. Users may request account support, correction, or deletion through their organization administrator or by contacting the support email below. Some operational records may be retained where required for legitimate business, audit, safety, or legal purposes.
Mess Mitra is intended for authorized workplace or organization users and is not directed to children.
We may update this Privacy Policy when the app, operational process, or legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page with the latest effective date.
